NOTICED! Part 25: That Night

The autobiography of a woman; by Waldorfia

I smiled, said “Thanks” and disappeared into the bedroom.

The remainder of that wonderful night is best left unshared. Allow me to say that I have never had a more emotional and enjoyable time. We lay in bed that Saturday morning and talked about everything and nothing. It was nice to know that neither of us had any work scheduled. Jason did warn me that he may get a cell call or two from work. Luckily the calls were few and short.

I was inquisitive about the surroundings. Jason offered an explanation.

“This is my temporary home while I search for a permanent one. I’m beginning to think I will just stay here. They call it Scott’s Run Lake. It is much cooler than Philadelphia even though it is not that far away. I will have to determine if it is accessible during the winter months.”
